  • Elected to Board of Directors of Southern California ColdFusion Users Group, the world's largest user group of DB-web connectivity professionals.

  • Won the subcontract on a competitive basis, and became the Technical Lead on a federal project to develop a comprehensive online DB of the nation's hiking trails.

  • Elected Director of WebTeam, a marketing coalition of the premier website developers in Orange County

  • Appointed 1997 Chairman of the Internet Consortium of the Orange County Business Council, Orange County's largest business membership organization

  • Hands-on development of an 10,000-record online database (Good Time Net) in 1995, with the L.A. Times purchasing exclusive data rights in 1997

  • Selected to be on the evaluation team reviewing proposals for millions of dollars awarded in 1995 by the federal National Telecommunications and Information Administration for projects involving the internet

  • Developed, managed, and marketed BusinessWare for VARs, a commercial accounting and operations software program with 30 relational databases and over 100,000 lines of code
