We subscribe to the saying, "People do best what they want to do most." We truly believe in that and act accordingly. But keep the flip side of that in mind. If you don't know what you want, we may not be a good fit. If you just want a job to replace your previous job, that's not good enough here. There are lots of outfits looking to pay someone to do a 9-to-5, just not us.

We are looking for smart people with experience, but a task-based system has a path for the inexperienced -- if they have the drive to gain the experience. We're looking for people with the drive and curiosity to learn on their own, and learning is what happens here all the time.
