Here are the steps to working with us:

1. After reading the remaining steps, select a Skillset Areas Needed that matches your interests and experience.
   
   
2. Fill out the Application Form under the opening that interests you most.
   
   
3. We respond personally to everyone who completes an Application Form, even if it is to point out why we do not see a good chance of success.
   
   
4. The interview process is short, sometimes just a round or two of email.
   
   
5. If we see a good chance of success, we make you an offer to work on the basis of a contractor at an hourly rate. Other options such as commissions, incentives, profit sharing, etc. are possible but not to start.
   
   
6. We assign your first task online. You look it over, particularly the task description, the number of hours proposed, and the due date. You ask questions and if you accept it, the task becomes authorized.
   
   
7. All tasks have some measurable deliverable, what you are to accomplish and show us. When you say you have completed the task, we will pay you for it.
   
   
8. If we do not feel you properly completed your task, we will still pay you, but we will not assign you more tasks.
   
   
9. If we feel you properly completed your task, we will assign you more tasks. The purpose of all this is to quickly have you complete a few tasks, and use that to determine if there is a match between your interests, our needs, and your skillsets & drive.
